Half Bak8 THCA.com and Half Bak8 Premium Delta THC (est. Champs Vegas 2021 Summer Show), hereby announce a recall of all Half Bak8 products from the market due to duplication and possible breaches in our product supply channel. This recall is effective for all products supplied by our stockists Mobius 1 LLC, B.R. Distributors, and their agents, distributors, or stores. Companies with interests in HALF BAK8 are HNS HOLDINGS LLC , Amafh Holdings LLC , Amafh LLC

​Erics wholesale of PaWe suspect that some of the hemp might have been converted to Delta-9 THC. We are withdrawing all our products from the market until we can realign our backend to meet the changing legal  landscape regarding THCA products.

If you are a distributor or store owner in possession of the product, please pull the product off your shelves and mention recall number HAL-BK8-001 ZEN-Rolls-002. Keep the product with a label in a sealed box. The box should be labeled for return shipping due to recall by Half Bak8. Call our toll-free number 1-844-905- 1550 and leave a message with the store name, number of boxes, and weight of the box. A return label will be provided to you within 48 hours.

Regulations:

- In compliance with FDA regulations, any scheduled substances found in the products will be addressed according to the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) and FDA guidelines[1](https://www.fda.gov/news-events/public-health-focus/warning-letters-cannabis-derived-products)[2](https://www.fda.gov/news-events/public-health-focus/fda-regulation-cannabis-and-cannabis-derived-products-including-cannabidiol-cbd).

- The recall process follows the guidelines outlined in 21 CFR Part 7 Subpart C[3](https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-21/chapter-I/subchapter-A/part-7/subpart-C).
